Dog Catcher
Q: What do we do about stray dogs in the subdivision?
A: Call Sam Fiddler the dog catcher at 347-9793 and report the location and a description of dog and any other info you know such as the name of dog and where he lives.
Boat Slip
Q: How do I get a key for the boat launch ramp?
A: Contact the Manager at 342-7274 or drop by lot 159 with I.D. to show you are a resident and you will be provided a key.
Q: How do I get a boat slip?
A: We currently have 17 people on the waiting list to get a boat slip if you would like to add your name to the list contact Brad the manager at 342-7274 or bkitching@shaw.ca
Bears and Cougars
Q: Are there bears and Cougars in the subdivision?
A: If bears or Cougars are active in the subdivision there will be a sign at the front entrance. Please report any sightings to Brad the manager at 342-7274 or bkitching@shaw.ca
Watering restrictions
Q: Why do we have watering restrictions in place?
A: The restrictions are in place to stop people from watering during the heat of the day when most of the water is lost due to evaporation. We recommend a commercial water timer available at Home Hardware for $40. They hook up to your hose bib and will set off the water at the right time every second or third day.
